CORDILLERA AZUL NATIONAL PARK GROWS IN HEIGHT!

An intense work of CIMA's GIS team, demonstrated that Cordillera Azul National Park passes over 2,600 meters of altitude. The use of radar images has made possible to re-elaborate the altitudinal map of the entire park and its buffer zone, differentiating each 100 m in height. This image shows the amazing physiography of the park and will help to better differentiate the landscapes.
